About High Desert Pest Solutions in Bend, Oregon
High Desert Pest Solutions is a locally owned pest control company serving Bend and Central Oregon. We started this company to do pest control the way it should be done, honest inspections, real explanations, and treatment plans built around your actual property instead of a generic script.
Meet Your Bend Exterminator
Mark Reynolds founded High Desert Pest Solutions after years of working in pest management across Central Oregon. He is a licensed pesticide applicator through the Oregon Department of Agriculture, license number [Oregon Pesticide License Number to be added], and has spent his career learning how Bend’s high desert climate shapes local pest pressure, from carpenter ants in older Old Bend homes to yellowjacket activity along the Deschutes River in late summer. When you call, you are talking to someone who lives here and treats your home the way he would treat his own.
Our Mission
Our goal is simple. Protect homes, businesses, and peace of mind through honest, effective pest control. That means telling you what we actually find during an inspection, explaining why a treatment plan makes sense before we start, and standing behind the work once it is done.
Why We Started High Desert Pest Solutions
After years of watching homeowners get vague answers and rushed service from larger companies, we wanted to build something different, a local team that actually explains what is happening in your home and why, instead of just showing up, spraying, and leaving.
Our Approach to Pest Control
We follow Integrated Pest Management principles, which means we focus on fixing the conditions that attract pests, not just applying chemicals. Every product we use is registered for use in Oregon and applied according to label directions. We inspect first, explain what we find, and only treat what actually needs treating.
Certifications and Licensing
High Desert Pest Solutions is licensed through the Oregon Department of Agriculture and carries full bonding and insurance. Our technicians complete ongoing training to stay current on safe application practices and pest identification specific to the Pacific Northwest.
What Makes Us Different
We are not a national call center dispatching a stranger to your door. Every technician is licensed, every product is registered for use in Oregon, and if pests return within 30 days of treatment, we return and retreat at no additional cost as part of our standard guarantee. You get a real explanation at every visit, not just a bill.
